RoSH Compliance Statement
The RoHS directive restricts the use of certain hazardous materials commonly used in the manufacturing of electronic equipment and requires producers of electronic equipment to reduce the concentration of these hazardous materials which include:
Hexavalent Chromium (Cr)
Polybrominated Biphenyis (PBB)
Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
The RoHS directive states that as of July the 1st 2006, electrical and
electronic equipment manufacturers must eliminate the use of all the
above materials. Although RoHS is a European Union (EU) Directive,
manufacturers of EEE outside Europe must also abide by this legislation
if the equipment they produced is ultimately imported into an EU member
CAS electronics ltd certifies that their products sold to EU member states meet the requirements of the RoHS Directive.
Where products are manufactured outside the EU and do not comply with the RoHS Directive this will be clearly identified on the individual technical data sheets for each product.
CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE
The goods detailed hereon are certified as conforming to the specifications/drawings/part number quoted. They have been stored/tested under suitable conditions and conform in all other respects to the contract/order relative hereto.
ROHS EU DIRECTIVE 2002/95/EC
Unless otherwise specified by contract, the goods supplied are ROHS compliant within the substance limits of the directive, at the date delivered.
REACH DIRECTIVE 1907/2006/EC
Unless otherwise specific by contract, the goods supplied are REACH compliant within the SVHC limits of the directive, at the date delivered.
